Department of National Defence Black Coral created an Incident Management System (IMS) for the National Defence Command Centre (NDCC) at the Department of National Defence. As incident management technology experts, the Black Coral team was contracted to create the NDCC IMS from scratch, running on a classified network. This system was used as the genesis of a new generation of web-based applications that are being developed and deployed in the Canadian Forces. The NDCC IMS provides a constant level of awareness of incidents, logging capabilities, and automated SOPs that NDCC uses to run its mission critical operations. |
