• 24.02.2009 - Black Coral Partners with ERMS to Provide Emergency Notification Services - Black Coral, Inc. has partnered with ERMS Corporation to provide emergency notification solutions to Government agencies, providing enhanced communication, collaboration and coordination of emergency operations. Black Coral Notification TM powered by ERMS Advantage is a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution hosted within highly secured, geographically redundant data centres in Canada.



• 03.09.2008 - Canadian Technology Team Selected for Alberta Emergency Management Initiative - The Alberta Emergency Management Agency (AEMA) has selected a team of Canadian technology companies, led by Black Coral, Inc., to meet their requirements for an emergency management decision support initiative. Assembled by Black Coral as prime contractor, the team includes AGSI, Bell Canada, and Enhanced Data Solutions with Aizan Technologies. The team of companies began work on the AEMA contract on September 3rd.



• 18.08.2008 - Black Coral Awarded Contract by Alberta Emergency Management Agency for Emergency Management Decision Support Initiative - Black Coral, Inc. has been awarded a $1.9 million contract by the Alberta Emergency Management Agency ("AEMA") to provide incident management software and services throughout the province under its emergency management decision support initiative.

Announces Purchase of the Assets of SoftRisk Technologies Ltd. - Black Coral has purchased the SoftRisk emergency management software, a critical incident management program used by customers in Canada and the United States to manage major events, emergencies and disasters.

• 20.09.2007 - Black Coral Inc. Receives Contract Award with US Department of Defense
  Black Coral Inc. announced today that it has been awarded a $1.2 million R&D contract with the US Department of Defense. This award is being funded through the Office of the Secretary of Defense’s Foreign Comparative Testing (FCT) programme.
